I am having trouble accessing charts on my NT Platform. I want to work mainly with NQ so that is what I have been studying as of late. I cannot seem to pull up any charts other than the 150 tick standard chart type that NT first sets you up with. I downloaded the APEX toolkit and tried to open continuum bars 8/10, and my screen will sit at “loading data” for the rest of the time. I cannot pull up the chart i need to start trying to implement the IZSS system. Has anyone else had this problem before? Is it just maybe a bad connection on my end? Any help would be great thanks in advance guys.
first, make sure you are connected to your data feed. Next, choose continuum bar from the list and put the correct bar size and time in (NQ is 8/10/5). Next, choose the IZSS template and wait. Sometimes it does take a while because its a lot of data to load. Just sit and wait a while. If it doesn’t load after 30mins-1hr, my suggestion would be to send a ticket to the help desk. It maybe a problem.
