Is it possible to setup a take profit on a working order?

You have to be in a trade before you can set a take profit; so the answer is NO. If you only have a working order, you are not in the trade yet.

Making a software to set one up as soon as the working order opens would be too risky and i don’t even know if that is possible. Either way, i’m happy that we all have this great an opportunity.
