Everything turns green except for the trend flip, if I can see a clear trend and trend flip turns green during the process, can I take the trade along the way?
The most important part about IZSS is everything needs to lineup with the confirming TC arrow so in this case there is no trade. Can you take the trade? Of course its your money you can take whatever trade you want. 
I personally wouldn’t have taken that trade. The trend is clearly bearish and when the TC arrows appeared during a live chart you didn’t know price would continue to go North, it could have been a small pull back than continued to go down.
The rules will keep you out of some winners but will keep you out of a lot more losers. Don’t rush trades just follow the rules and you will be good.

Yup, not a valid trade long. Only way that could have been valid is if you had indication of chop with I zones straddling that blue ICE level. But we didn’t have that, so no entry.
