I currently use Kinetick - but when I try to load a chart (GC, ES) it NinjaTrader crashes with an error message that it cannot get information about the previous future’s contract. Any solution?

We don’t use kinetick. Arew you using EOD or do you have a live data subscription
Are you trying to load intraday data without a a intraday data subscription
We use CQG for futures
Optionally IQ Feed as it has TF in addition (kinetick is missing this)
Are you trying to load a intraday chart
What conract month are you loading
Are you using our toolkit that come with day trading plans, elite, and p3.
Are you merging data automatically (toolkit sets all this up in backend automatically)
What month are you trying to view
What time frame etc…
