Just curious which instruments (aud/usd, gold, etc.) people recommend for someone (green) who is working full time and only has roughly an HOUR in the morning (PST: sometime between 5-8am) of full attention to the APEX tools?

I would suggest that you use market replay to find out which instrument gives you the best return during the times you can trade. Gold and oil will moved a lot, but if you aren’t PROFICIENT in the APEX rules, then you will lose money. GBP/USD, EUR/USD may be good bets…

You mentioned an hour which hour can you consistently trade?
Between 5-8am PST would be 8-11am EST. So are recommending “7-10 EST” (4-7am PST)
I probably have most time between 6:30am-7:30am.
