A few things. The smaller P/E are some times referred to as failed Ps or Es. It just means the market reversed before all of the conditions for a good P/E were met. You can read more about the APEX pattern in the forum Here . If that doesn’t help, ask and we’ll see what needs to be clarified.
The cluster is just a heads up alerting you that something bigger is happening. The market may reverse or may continue the same direction.
A big clue that it was maybe not going down to far was VAD A. Take some time and go back over the training videos, Especially the ones on Power Plays and VAD.
