Thanks for sharing this Lori! While I’m not happy about your loss it’s helpful for us less experienced traders to see when consistently good traders make bad moves. I keep seeing all these posts about “X ticks on this” and “X ticks on that” where it gets a little disheartening when you consistently lose day after day. After a few months at this, I’m finally starting to have profitable days here and there. Working to increase my consistency has been more daunting than I ever thought. Your post is a great example that reinforces the “follow the rules” mantra I’ve started chanting to myself every morning so thanks again!
