I have to admit… For a weekend, I did a couple of weeks worth of walkthu’s. The thing I noticed when I went trading live after that, was that the market (live) moves slowly!!!
But, it definitely helps you cement the knowledge to become muscle memory so no thought is required, it is automatic.
