My Chart different from Sniper Chart in ER

My chart does not look like the ones that appear in the Elite room. Here is what my chart looks like

And this is what the chart in the room looks like. I have to take two shots to get both top and bottom lines of the same chart

and

I have reloaded data on my chart and checked the 24/7 setting, but it still looks as though no data load between 11 am and 9 pm, which why there is a straight line up rather than the consolidation in the afternoon and evening on the chart in the room.

Does anyone have any idea why? and how to fix it?

Looks like you have a data error one of your charts shows no op data.

Close charts use toolkits to clear cache then reopen

Thanks Darrell, it worked. Someone else mentioned the solution on ER and I was going to come back here to remove the post, only to find that you had answered it even before I could take it down. Much appreciated.
