My Silver chart is showing incorrect market data!

If you are seeing incorrect data on your Silver chart, you may need to upgrade to the latest version of Ninja Trader 7.0.1000.25 by following these steps:

  1. Please ensure which version you have in the Ninja Control Center by going to Help> About if it says 7.0.1000.25 is installed make sure you have the correct contract month loaded.

If not then Upgrade (go to Help> License key - then highlight it click Ctrl C to copy & Ctrl V to paste it in notepad or word etc…)

1b) make sure to open the blank workspace or make a new blank workspace and close all other old workspaces.

2)To upgrade to NinjaTrader version 7.0.1000.25 please follow the link bellow 2a) NinjaTrader Free Download - Online Trading Platform & Charting Software http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php

2b) Under Current User paste your license key

2c) Reminder: You can locate your license key under Help> License key

2d) Select Download NinjaTrader

2e) Download Version 7.0.1000.25 (Current)

  1. Before running the Apex Toolkit installer ensure NinjaTrader is closed

  2. Open the Apex toolkit and click on tools clear data cache

  3. Next start NinjaTrader

  4. Ensure you are disconnected from all data feeds and go to Tools> Options> Data> Reset Instruments

  5. Close and Restart NinjaTrader and you will be set

  6. Open SI 12-14 (current contract month at time of this posts) (file new chart) and it should work just fine. If needed right click on chart and click reload all historical data.
