Nadex how can i trade it in uk i am told i have to set up an LLC

tried the online help but says the only way is to registar as a liminted company to trade had a demo account and did very well has any way of trading or have a us company trading for them all best mike :o

Currently Nadex regulations require that a trader be a US Citizen or have a US company. Possibly in the future that could change, but currently that is the requirement of Nadx

You can trade IB Markets. Nadex is apart of them.

I think you mean IG markets. Nadex is not a part of IG Markets.

IG markets is a subsidiary to IG Group Nadex is a subsidiary to IG Group

But IG markets and Nadex have no direct relation.

Nadex is an exchange and is not trading against you. They have 3 market makers.

IG Group is trading against you.

The binaries are very different. They do have some binary price ladders but less strikes, less markets, no limit orders.

If you want to trade Nadex and are not a US Citizen you will need a US company like an LLC with a US ID number for the company and a US Bank account.

Note we also have futures, forex, and CFD trades. You can also apply many of our systems to international binaries if you so choose but we don’t really support them due to all the games played with OTC binaries versus US Exchange based binaries.
