Got this in the email today from NADEX:

New Japan 225 Strikes offered: Intraday: 7-9 PM, 8-10 PM, 9-11 PM, 10 PM-12 AM, and 11 PM-1 AM

Definitely good news they have been in demo for a few weeks and are now live we have these on the new expiration schedule under scanner.

Data info

To chart Japan 225 you need the SGX (not cme) Nikkei 225 (JPY denominated) - the symbol is NK

To get this you must have a subscription to the SGX data feed for ninjatrader - https://www.ninjatraderbrokerage.com/free_forex_trading_demo will give you live if you pay for it - but they won’t give you historical to plot charts - IQ Feed will give live and historical with a SGX data feed - unfortunately you can only have one data feed plotting futures live at a time - so if you want to see NK plotted live with historical data you would have to be connected to IQ feed only (or use tip below) and not to NTB at all (if you have a live account (funded) at NTB - you should be able to take advantage of the CME data waiver with IQ Feed - contact IQ Feed at iqfeed.net/apexinvesting customer service to find out more - once connected a connection to a LIVE (not demo) NTB connection and connection to IQ Feed should be all that is needed to qualify you for the CME data feed waiver

(NOTE: CME waiver requires a live futures funded account amd does not include TF (ICE Exchange) and does not include NK from (SGX Exchange)

For symbol to use in NT7 - go to the scanner click on nadex calendar - and on underlyings - it will show all the current nt7 symbols for the instrument.

This should not be an issue if using IQ Feed for SGX NK and for CME (but if you wanted to plot say TF at the same time you would have to pay for the ICE exchange as well) So this is not suggested if you want to watch other futures at the same time.

If you don’t want SGX then just use the NTB data feed for futures (IQ feed for NYSE Net shares (BMI/Broadmarket Index) and CBOE volatility indices and forex.

AGAIN _ There is a cme nikkei 225 contract but it is not the one that nadex bases its price on you need to use SGX Nikkei 225 JPY denominated - symbol is NK

Tip to get use NTB with a live $500 funded account add the sgx exchange with NTB for cqg go to your cqg data feed settings under tools account connections and change the setting to use ninjatrader historical data instead of cqg historical/NTB historical data. Note without using ctrl shift r or right click reload historical you won’t get a live chart.
