News Calendar Time of News Release?

Its July 10 , the news calendar states there is an AG Report HIGH IMPACT due out at 10:30 am July 11. When I click on the link for the report , it provides a link to a USDA site that in turn states the report is due out at noon (not 10:30 am). Is the report at 10:30 am or noon? Thanks

I see that u updated the news report for 12 noon. the 10:30 am to 2:15 am is the option time window…I see now…thanks
