Is there one place for Ninja maintenance? That would help me. Here is something I got from Ninja support after using some charts with bad data. Fortunately I did not experience losses.
NT tech support answered my question about Reloading Historical Data for all charts all in one step.
“You may want to shut down NinjaTrader first. The cached chart data is located at (My)Documents -> NinjaTrader 7 -> db. From within the “db” folder, select the “cache” folder with a single left click, right-click and select “Delete”. Now, when you relaunch NinjaTrader, your charts will load fresh data. It may take a bit longer than normal at first.”
Update NT support: “You can clear the cache with NinjaTrader open, but I would close your workspace or else it will throw an error when you reload your chart.”
