Ninja Trader 7 Order Prints Display Issue

Hello,

I installed Ninja Trader 7 and the apex toolkit and when I load the chart and then add order prints the appearance is all crowded together and looks nothing like the videos through the training, I went in and uninstalled ninja trader and cleared all the cache and then deleted the toolkit and reinstalled the software and then reinstalled the toolkit and still am getting the same results. Please see photos to understand my description of the issue. I have also made the bar size as small as possible and zoomed in as close and this has not fixed the issue.

Click and Drag the time line at the bottom of the chart to spread the bars out. Do the same thing on the price axis. Adjust those until you have a look you like. Use a ctrl-left click to move the chart up and down or press the F box (Focus) in the top right hand corner to get the bars centered back on the chart.
