Ninja Trader Shut Downs

Ninja Trader shutdowns when I try to load up the IZONE Template. The other templates I try work and do not shutdown. Am I doing something wrong ?

It might be a computer problem. How much RAM do you have in your computer? Those charts require a lot of tick data and if you don’t have enough ram in your computer it will shut down. I had the same problem in the past till I got a new computer.

Zilla, This past Friday Oil and the 4 Us Indices rolled over. Make sure you are using the proper contract months and that you have rolled over all instrument, charts and especially and saved workspaces that may have old contracts in them as this will casue issues with Ninja. If you have done so and still have any issues please submit a ticket to the Helpdesk under the “Questions” tab of the website for assistance

I figured out the solution earlier by deleting the cache.
