Ninjatrader download issues on AWS

getting error code 2503 when trying to download NT7 on aws. anyone know what that code is and how do I bypass it.

Can you take a screenshot of it? I use AWS regularly and I have never seen that issue. Unless of course you have already resolved the issue.
