Ninjatrader login error

Hi guys, I am starting to get an error message when trying to connect to CQG on Ninjatrader

Login failed: Unable to connect to remote server.

However, the FXCM connects just fine. I got new demo login credentials just in case but still same message.

It’s the weekend cqg often shuts down for various reasons on the weekends.
