When I try to renew my futures data, the email k receive tells me I have gone over my allowances. Does this mean I have to pay for data now?

Not necessarily. To renew your futures data, you have to use a different email that only last about two weeks. There are posts on this forum that explain how to get multiple email addresses.
If you have the money or are making money, then paying for the data is an option.
