Noticed that NT doesn’t have oil and gold. Is, there a way to add those?

Yes it does. Open NT help, search for instrument manager to learn how to use it.
Open instrument manager, enter CL or GC in the Name field, click Search, select the desired month in Expiry, click the left arrow button to add to the desired Instrument List, usually the Default list.

You can just type in the symbol ie CL 06-13 or you can add it to the instrument manager:
