Open positions not showing in scanner

When I attempt to make a trade using the New Pro Scanner the instant submit icon responds slowly, as much as 30 seconds between the time that I click on the icon and the time that I hear the chime indicating the trade is submitted. My open positions are not showing in the scanner and the trade ends without me ever seeing the activity of the trade. I am new to trading and very excited about what APEX Investing offers.

This sounds like you have a very slow internet connection? Not sure

Please make sure your using the link on apexinvesting.net in the scanner menu on the access scanner page.

Please ensure you are using the latest version of google chrome

Please ensure you have the latest plugin under chrome settings - extensions

Please clear all cookies and cache ctrl shift del - close all chrome browsers then restart.

Also as 1 extra measure please reboot your modem and your PC
