On most platforms you can set alerts when orders are filled. This can be done on NinjaTrader, ThinkorSwim Etc…
To have these sent to your phone just use a Text Email (though tos has text build into it)
You could even set say your demo account on Nadex to have a email as your text email - then set a buy a master spread order or sell a master spread order (ie master spread) when it is filled at a higher/lower price - when filled it will email you the confirmation which will go to your text (cell phone)
