Spot option brokers generally suggest your trade size be limited to 1% - 5% of our account balance for protection against a long losing streak. But Nadex has higher payouts and we can sell a contract early to minimize losses. Seems like we could use higher risk per trade percentage, right? So has Apex or Nadex published guidelines for trade size? What would those be?
We use the following rules:
Not sure what you mean by spot option brokers. If you mean bucketshops with non cftc regulated binaries i suggest you risk 0% with them.
Trade size should be based on risk.
I have found risk works well with a 5% / 6 rule
Higher payouts do not mean I increase my risk.
