I’m day trading the ES exclusively. Which trading methods / strategies do you find work best for day trading the ES?

If your trading ES futures then go with the 10 MIN MVP system and teh Elite Methods (like profit poppers, apex entries, MVP reversals).

Why do you exclusively trade ES?

I’ve been scalping using a 1 minute chart and find it difficult to do with several instruments at once.

By the way, I know where the elite methods training is (which I plan on upgrading soon) but where is the training for the 10 Min MVP system?

You can find all the systems under system in the forum.

ES has wider tick size but great liquidity… you pay for it in the tick size though.

Scalping gets a lot easier once you add on expected volume.
