Scanner and NADEX login

I am logged into NADEX and the scanner. But when I click on a price to open a ticket it says I am not logged into NADEX.

Ensure that the scanner LIVE/DEMO selection matches the NADEX account to which you are logged on.

Correct the live/demo selection is in the top left corner. If you are still getting the message simply log out of nadex and back in and it will solve the issue.
