Scanner Connection issues

Im using mobile internet from verizon and my internet is working perfectly fine but when i try to use the scanner the connection is extremely slow and the signal is weak is this a chrome issue or an internet issue if an internet issue what do you suggest ?

Are you using your mobile phone or like a Verizon hotspot?

I’ve also noticed scanner connection issues. Particularly on Mondays. Not sure the reason behind that.

We are working with Nadex to assure feeds are all up and running properly on Sunday / Monday start of the week to ensure the best service possible with the scanner. Should be all up and running now
