The scanner seems to have no problem connecting to the demo account, but will not connect to the live account. I have checked the Nadex extension and it is enabled. I have logged out and back in several times, as well as, F5 to refresh the page. Any ideas?
This would be the first time I have connected my live account.
Make sure you have the latest google chrome
hit ctrl shift del to clear your cookies and cache
Log back into nadex live account
then if you want log into nadex demo account
then login to apex
Make sure you have chosen live at the top of the scanner to open live tickets
if it gives you an error lot out of LIVE then back into LIVE (note demo) and it should work no problem.
