Scanner is not showing my trades in the trade tracker why?

  1. Did you try logging out and back into the demo or live account on nadex.

  2. Are you using google chrome? Most current version? If not please use google chrome as your browser as it is more stable and has more features that work with the scanner.

  3. Have you installed the chrome plugin? You need this for all advanced and bonus features on the scanner.

  4. Did you try clearing your cache - ctrl shift del - delete all cache and cookies since beginning of time - Then close all browsers - reopen - relogin to apex and nadex and all should be good

  5. Make sure you are not using ingonito windows or the scanner cant pull the info from one tab to the next.
