Spread Scanner not showing graphics

Binary scanner has been working fine and I am able to open tickets to place orders.

However, when I opened the spread scanner I am getting no data in the “Results” area just the titles of the instruments with a blank window.

Since I have been using the binary scanner must I also do something to setup the spread scanner? I would appreciate information how I can fix this.

Try hitting reset filters and ensure opening during marker hours ie on us indices 3 am monday to 4:15 pm tuesday. 6pm to 4:15 pm tuesday to friday. All et timezone.
