I am experiencing a problem with the Stop Trigger Function today. I am logged into my Nadex Account and Apex Scanner but when I hit “Activate Stop Trigger” nothing happens (the pending order window never comes up) Any idea, why this might be happening?

I see both of you are enabled for the stop trigger function.
Have you selected live or demo at the top left of scanner
Are you logged into the account selected
When you click it and nothing comes up is there an error message (ie not logged in)
This is often simply resolved by logging out and back into nadex and ensuring you have the right live/demo option selected in top left of scanner.
If not please submit a help desk ticket for tech support under the questions section of the menu above.
