Darrell, since you are a partner with NADEX I am hoping that you have some pull with them. Do you think that there is any way possible that you can convince them to add more binary expiration times? As of right now you only get two expirations plus the end of day contract. For instance, If you are trading the NQ and it’s 12 noon you will have three options available. you can trade 3 available contracts, the 1 pm expiration, the 2 pm expiration and the 4:15 pm expiration. Sometimes, I like trades that last a little longer. It would be great to trade contracts that expire every hour on the hour.

Do you means spreads or binaries. I guess you mean spreads.
With spreads that would mean you would have 3 contracts 3 at 1 PM, 3 at 2 PM, and 7 at 4:15 (the 3 that started at 8 AM and the 4 that started at 6 PM [or 3 AM on Mondays])
That gives you 13 contracts. They have contracts that expire every hour at they start every hour and go for 2 hours 8 -10 am, 9-11 AM, 10 am 12 PM, 11 am - 1 PM, 12 pm - 2 PM, 1 pm - 3 PM, 2 to 4 PM, and 6pm and 8 am - 4:15 PM on US Indices so you have ones that expire every hour. So not sure what your looking to accomplish? What system are you using where you need more expirations than are what are available. It seems what your asking for already exist?
