Trading after hours earnings releases

Hi, after doing a bit of research i’ve found several companies that move the NQ well during their earnings release. Most dont release their reports until 4:30 tho. For example Apple releases around 4:30pm but on Nadex the latest contract time I see is 4:15. Is there a way to catch the earnings volatility that happens 15 min. later? Perhaps extended options or something. Thanks

you have 3 choices -

see if there is an impact on fx - ie eur/usd or usd/jpy - binaries expire at 5pm on the intradays

use the weekly binaries - that open/close at 5 pm - just be aware they are wider and they move slower the longer they have till expiration so this will work better the later in the week the earnings report comes out and will most likely require you to close the trade as well

see if there is a consistency of the market being range bound pre the release - if so look at either iron butterflies or condors leading up to the 4:15 expiration
