Volume Indicator shows no volume on currency pairs

Hello all,

New to Apex Investing. I have gone through all of the Ninjatrader/Apex installation steps and when viewing any of the Futures the apex expected volume indicator shows volume correctly but when I switch to a currency pair, that indicator is blank. I connect the CQG connection then the FXCM connection and both connect correctly.

Any ideas or does FXCM not post their volume data?

I figured it out based on this link “http://support.apexinvesting.net/hc/…-stops-working” and looking at the log I didn’t have 6E, 6A, or 6J instruments active in the list. After adding those instruments, the volume started showing.

Hey shoedad, I have had the same issue with volume on currency pairs, I went to check out the link you put up, but it wasn’t working… Could you re post it? Thanks!! Josh
