UPDATE: New Settings For Continuum Bars on IZSS

There are new settings, tested and found to work well, for the APEX Continuum Bars, for BOTH Futures and Forex.

APEX Continuum Bars 3 12 60, and on the Trend Catcher Indicator the Trend Measurement Period should be set to 15. And yes, those settings were the original settings for Forex.

**Default Beginning Settings Were **

Bar settings for Futures are, APEX Continuum Bars 8 10 5, Trend Measurement 7

Bar settings for Forex are, APEX Continuum Bars 3 12 60, Trend Measurement 15

Trend Measurement 7 - what is this and were do i plug it in?

I load 125 days, is this enough?

Yes load 125 days that is plenty and usually standard.

Be sure to have Session Template set to Default 24/7.
