Trading log spreadsheet or software that will import trades from Nadex?

Hi. Can anyone tell me if there is a spreadsheet or software program that will import trades from Nadex? I want to anallyze my past trades without manually entering all the data. Thanks

If you access the “My Account” area of the Nadex platform you can can download an Excel file of your Transactions. By default the file will contain your last 24 hrs of Activity or you could filter it to a specific period.

This is a spreadsheet I made for tracking my trades. It includes the ability to sort trades by system and break them down for analysis. By sorting trades by system, hopefully traders can better evaluate where their best and worst trades are located and improve their overall results. Beyond using that you could try building something in Google Sheets. There are ways to build a dashboard that will analyze your data. You could download the .csv from Nadex and copy paste into google sheets. I agree hand journaling sucks but I have pulled the data from NADEX and its not really that use able with out some clean up. They really could add some more data segmentation. Like a column that denotes spread or binary. The contract cost is another issue.

Hand journals solve this problem because you can enter the trade and data as you see fit. you can also add dimensions that Nadex doesn’t know. Was this an Iron Condor, A News Trade? Did you start at one level then close for a loss only to rebuy the a different strike again closer to expiry for a win? Raw data doesn’t tell these stories. if you think about it hand journaling also allows you to be more accountable and most likely will slow down your trading since you have the to take the time to log each trade as it happens.
