You will need to get historical and live data IQ Feed provides this data for the SGX exchange assumiing you trying to trade it on Nadex. It is not cheap. ie base fee + international fee + SGX fee. So if your just starting this is not where you want to start. If you know you got it and want it though here is the combo.
